Summary:
Essential duties & responsibilities Set up and operate production equipment to manufacture photovoltaic cells in accordance with production schedules and quality standards.
Monitor the production process to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
Maintain accurate records of machine performance, production output, and inventory levels.
Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and technicians, to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment and the handling of hazardous materials.
Knowledge, skills & abilities Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and maintenance practices.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
