This position is a great opportunity for someone with administrative experience that's looking to get back into the workforce or seeking a satisfying administrative experience within a non-profit setting.
The hours are Monday through Friday, 7 hours per day.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and take messages Monitor and order office supplies as needed Prepare reports and correspondence on computer Assist with client payroll and billing when requested by the Program Director(s) Enter accounting or program data into computer File office documents Ensure efficient operation of all office procedures Keep all legally required postings up to date Coordinate duties of additional clerical support staff if available All other duties as assigned by the Program Director or Regional Director Mandated Abuse Reporter MINIMUM JOB
Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent Must obtain DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance Must pass post-job offer job-related physical exam including TB test COVID-19 vaccination & booster required (SVS complies with Title VII and California's FEHA) First Aid/CPR certification (SVS will provide) Effective written and verbal communication Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
