Summary:
The Custodian of Records provides support with various professional and administrative level duties.
This includes strategy implementation and analysis, employee relations and employee onboarding, training & development.
This position will support and collaborate with the Office Manager and key business partners such as administrative personnel, field personnel and management.
Essential Functions:
Includes, but not limited to, the following:
Promote and maintain an atmosphere of excellent internal and external customer service.
Respond to official requests for information, such as but not limited to, EDD/SDI, personnel records, wage garnishments, employment verification and other confidential correspondence.
Administer onboarding training.
Review and maintain onboarding database and export/import to accounting software daily for field personnel.
Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail within the department.
Maintain and calculate administrative personnel non-exempt timesheets.
Process and coordinate Voluntary Quits and Layoffs.
Back up and support to the Receptionist.
Responsible for employee walk-in registrations.
Additional projects and responsibilities to be determined on an as needed basis.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
