Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Job Coach position.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Responsibilities for this Job Coach position include but are not limited to:
o Responsible for the overall day-to-day on-site supervision and care of Trainees.
o Transport Trainees to worksites
o Regular attendance and punctuality is a requirement of this position.
o Perform general physical outdoor activities, including preparing supplies and equipment inventories.
o Track each Trainees attendance, evaluates performance, and record Trainee progress.
o Perform general inspection of equipment and vehicles before use.
o Responsible for the safety of Trainees on the project.
o Ensures that each Trainee/crew member wears all of the necessary safety gear.
o Complete project in compliance with standards and job specifications
o Participate in meetings with team ad partners to promote full, frequent communication.
o Ensure that each Trainee has adequate supplies needed for the project and proper tools to perform duties.
o Participate in staff training.
o Participate in development and maintenance of standard operating procedures
o Work in a professional and courteous manner and ability to work harmoniously with other employees,
o partners, Trainees and the general public.
Qualifications for this Job Coach position:
o High school diploma or GED preferred.
o 6 months experience in a supervisory or lead position
o One
years' experience in a related field
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Intermediate computer skills
o Ability to work with culturally diverse populations
o Ability to work flexible hours and travel between operation sites
o Must pass a background check and clean driving record.
