Must be bilingual CSR Position Summary The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing superior customer service to customers throughout the repair process.
S/he supports the organizations sales and customer communication processes and helps to manage the body shop's volume of work-in-process (WIP).
S/he are expected to manage customer payments and maintain accounts receivable collection balances in line with company standards.
S/he provides general administrative support to the General Manager and Customer Service Manager positions.
S/he is responsible for nurturing and cultivating a positive culture and work environment that aligns with the mission and values of the organization.
CSR Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service for new and existing customers.
Schedule customers with repair appointments.
Do follow up calls once customer have left to ensure satisfaction.
Answer phones.
Post Payments.
Keep track of accounts receivables.
Take care of odds and ends.
Collect payments for insurance company.
Work hand in hand with the estimators to make sure customers needs are met.
Schedule Rentals for customers.
Receive payments from customers walk-in customers.
Maintain referral process.
Complete accounting tasks when available.
Consistently follows companies sales process by gathering customer information and providing basic information about company services.
Monitors work volume scheduled for the center and when a schedule is full, submits load Maintains a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing, and load level processes.
Is an active and prepared participant in morning board meetings and admin meetings.
Follows up on all assigned action items, including sublet appointments.
Assists in problem-solving if a customer cannot pick up the vehicle when completed.
Ensures that all customers understand the CSI survey process.
Work Closely with management to ensure we are doing everything possible to ensure our insurance graded CSI score is being kept.
Maintains his/her workspace in an organized manner, as well as monitoring the reception area/restrooms to ensure they remain neat and clean.
CSR Education High school degree or equivalent.
CSR Experience A minimum of 2 years of related customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting.
2
years Body Shop CSR or equivalent experience preferred.
Work Hours Regular work hours are 8:
00 AM to 5:
00 PM.
Monday through Friday.
Wages - Hourly, Non-Exempt:
$18.
