Summary:
Assumes responsibility for implementing the Farmworker Community and Family health Program for migrant and seasonal Farmworkers operated by Clinica de Salud del Valle de Salinas.
Works under the supervision of the Outreach Manager and other Management personnel as designated.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating, copywriting, and publishing social media content for Clinica de Salud del Valle de Salinas.
Schedule and publish posts across all social media channels.
Analyzes results and provides reports of events and campaigns.
Documents statistics, using appropriate forms and monitoring data collection for the evaluation of the social media project.
Provides verbal and written feedback to supervisors regarding progress of project.
Community with stakeholders and outreach team to understand goals and develop social media strategies/plans to support campaigns, events, initiatives, etc.
Respond to inquiries as they come in across all social media channels.
Brings patient concerns to the attention of the administration and providers.
Prepare and conduct culturally end linguistically appropriate social media posts.
Develop or update simple surveys in English/Spanish (or other language as appropriate) to assess the basic social and medical needs of our clinic patients and community.
Assists in development of communication links and networking between promotors, health aides, end CSVS and agency personnel.
Maintains a good working relationship within the department and with other departments.

Experience:
Minimum of one year work experience in public contact job, preferably service related.
Experience or interest in healthcare.
REGULARTORY REQUIREMENTS:
CPR BLS certification current and not expired Degree in Public Health, Biology Sciences,Sociology, Psychology Human Services, or related field.
Automobile, valid drivers license and adequate insurance required.
Intermediate excel level experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Other languages preferred.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Basic computer knowledge, word processing and database management.
Previous experience working with underserved populations, multicultural sensitivity.
Ability to communicate well under pressure and provide excellent customer service.
Ability to work independently and with a variety of different groups/individuals (farm workers, community leaders, clinic staff).
Bicultural sensitivity, ability to work independently.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
