Job Summary Our company is seeking an Administrative Assistant who will be managing the office, and handle duties for upper management.
We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team.
The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position.
The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized.
Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
Responsibilities and Duties (includes, but not limited to the following):
Manage and maintain the filling system including all client files and digital storage of file Identify potential candidates and conduct the initial steps in the interview process which includes posting and managing active job openings.
Manage client initial intake.
Answer phone calls and communicate effectively with parents and staff.
Assist in obtaining insurance benefits and service authorizations when needed.
Data entry of new clients and staff into the practice management system.
Management of office supply inventory.
Greet parents and staff upon arrival which includes managing sign-in sheet and authorizing personnel in the clinic.
Assisting in making materials and preparing documents (e.
g.
new hire orientations) Oversee inward and outward-bound mail and deliveries.
Maintain professional boundaries with staff, parents and directors.
Assist administrator in other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2-years administrative experience in a healthcare setting Prior ABA experience with special needs children highly preferred Effective oral and written communication skills Strong attention to detail All staff must have evidence of ongoing training to support competency (initial as well as annual trainings) Pass Federal, State, and County background check Benefits and Perks Medical, Dental and Vision Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) 401 (k) Retirement Savings Job Type:
