We are recruiting for
Fitness Sales Managers
The In-Shape FSM is responsible for developing a team of fitness professionals who share a common goal of providing exceptional service and exceeding sales goals. The FSM will manage the daily operations and serve as resource and mentor to the staff and membership.
Conduct FITSTART sessions for new members and introduce members to the benefits of personal training
Sell personal training packages
Review and achieve monthly sales goals for personal training and supplements.
Recruit, train and develop Assistant Fitness Managers and Personal Trainers for career advancement
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
Four-year degree in kinesiology, sports medicine, or other related field preferred
Previous management and sales management experience required
Certified Personal Training certification from an accredited program preferred
Experience in marketing and selling services required
One-year personal training experience preferred
Bilingual skills a plus
Strong motivational skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
