Castle Inspection Service, a division of Overland Solutions, is a leading provider for high value residential insurance surveys to the insurance industry nationwide.
Castle is searching for an independent contractor to perform high value surveys in the counties of Salinas and San Benito CA which includes travel to the locations of Monterey, San Benito, Salinas.
Details of position:
o Work from home or office.
o Schedule appointments with the homeowners.
o Drive to and conduct the high value survey.
o Write up the survey from home using a Windows based PC.
o Determine an accurate replacement cost of the home.
o Document any unique construction and architectural features of the home.
o Identify underwriting concerns.
o Make recommendations on how to prevent future loss.
o Exterior measurements and creating a computerized sketch.
o Photographs of the home.
Must own PC and digital camera.
Must be willing to travel to areas specified.
Must pass background check and drug screen.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
