Due to health care reform and the rising cost of health insurance premiums for local businesses, Aflac is in need of additional B2B agents to support our current client base and expand it throughout the Greater Bay Area and San Benito County.

We believe in ensuring that every employer understands that they have a opportunity to put their employees in a position to take control and responsibility for their family's financial future. At the same time, we believe in helping these employers reduce their overall benefits cost, and we assist them with recruitment and retention tools that help their business.
Essential duties and
Responsibilities:
- Servicing our current business clients
- Using our referral programs to expand our market share
- Sourcing leads and managing a B2B sales pipeline
- Educating and enrolling employees in their benefits
- Providing claim support
Education/
Experience:
- Experience in providing quality customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively to groups and individuals
- Ability to work well within teams
- Education background is a plus, but not required
Candidates that are bi-lingual in spanish and english are highly encouraged to apply.
Compensation:
- Our agents receive office space with no overhead expense. Moreover, we have a 90-day training program for new agents, which includes comprehensive field and office training.
- As is custom with our industry, our compensation is based on commission, renewals, stock bonus, and performance bonus. Management opportunities are available for individuals looking to grow with our organization. Typical first year income for full-time agents should range from $30K - $70K.
- Benefit Coordinators are officially listed as Agents in title, and all agents are independent agents representating Aflac.
What do we do?
In addition to life insurance, dental and vision coverage, Aflac's supplemental medical benefit portfolio pays cash to our policyholders in the event of a serious illness or injury. This cash can be used to ensure that a family can protect its assets. We don't insure things; we insure an individual's livelihood.

Our agency operates from our offices in San Jose and Salinas. Candidates from both surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
